When you are specifying hardware for a major project, you need absolute certainty not just in the product’s quality, but in the operational infrastructure behind it.
That is where our commercial team steps in.
We sat down with Fessy Jaye, FourFront’s Sales Manager, to talk about how UK assembly changes the conversation with distributors, how he structures a high-performance sales day, and what it takes to switch off.
When talking to a new distributor, what feature always makes them say, “Wow, I didn’t know you did that”? “It’s actually the structure of the business itself. Everyone loves the service side, but in an industry full of importers, people are genuinely surprised to learn that we actively assemble our products right here in the UK. It changes the whole conversation.”
What does the first 60 minutes of your workday look like before the chaos starts? “Strictly agenda setting. Before the phones start ringing or the emails flood in, that first hour is purely about locking in the day’s structure so we can execute properly for our clients.”
How do you actually switch off after a high-energy week of sales and client meetings? “Pure ‘me time’ away from the noise. You’ll usually find me out riding my bike or getting out for a long walk in the countryside to reset.”
When you partner with FourFront, you are backed by a commercial team that understands the realities of your supply chain.
