We sat down with Karolina, our first point of contact, to talk about life in the Preston office, her favourite hardware, and how she keeps the supply chain moving.
If you had to explain what you do at FourFront in 10 seconds, what do you say? “I’m the first point of contact. I answer inbound calls, process orders, handle quotations, and make sure everything runs smoothly with deliveries and customer support.”
You talk to distributors every day. What is the most common problem they come to you with, and how do you fix it? “Probably delivery issues, delays, or misplaced orders by couriers. As soon as I receive a complaint, I contact FedEx straight away and work to get to the bottom of the issue as quickly as possible so the customer isn’t left waiting.”
Out of all the washroom hardware we manufacture, which range is your personal favourite? “My favourite is the Synergise range. From the day I had my interview, I knew it was the best one. It is classic, high-quality, and truly built to last.”
What is the best part about the culture here in the Preston office? “Definitely the teamwork. We’re like a family in the Preston office, and everyone is always willing to jump in and help each other out.”
When you aren’t sorting out washroom specifications, what are you doing on the weekend? “If I’m not out for a walk around Lytham, I’m probably at home relaxing with my two cats!”
